No prior registration is required.
Access to the museum is permitted until 45 minutes before closing time.
We recommend arriving with enough time to enjoy the visit and tasting (1 hour 15 minutes).

Visit lists will be compiled in order of registration, according to date and time. Availability is not guaranteed until museum staff confirm the reservation. Capacity will be regulated according to current regulations.
ADMISSION FEES:
Residents registered in the “Eurocity: Salvaterra-Monção” area will receive a 50% discount on the corresponding admission fee.
Payment must be made in CASH.
Groups may pay admission fees via bank transfer to the Salvaterra de Miño Town Hall account upon request to museum staff.
These fees took effect on Monday, July 15, 2019.
MEASURES FOR CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS IN GROUP RESERVATIONS:
A. CANCELLATION:
By the visitor/group or company:
A cancellation will be understood as any request communicated to the staff of the Wine Science Museum by email or telephone. Cancellations will not be accepted through any other means. Cancellation will not incur any costs or refunds, as no deposit is required to make a reservation. However, if the visitor/group or agency fails to notify them of cancellation for subsequent visits repeatedly, then only a partial prepayment of the tickets may be required as a reservation fee. Increasing the number of participants must always be requested in writing as a modification, which will not incur a penalty, but must be done more than 24 hours in advance. If this notification is not received, the museum staff reserves the right to refuse the visit.
From the Wine Science Museum:
If, due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Wine Science Museum staff are unable to provide a service on the agreed date or under the agreed conditions, we will offer you the option of changing the dates or visiting other municipal tourist attractions during that day.
B. DELAYS AND CANCELLATION:
Delays directly affect our scheduling and compromise the quality of the visits. Therefore, the following scenarios and their impact on each party involved are outlined.
From the visitor/group or company's perspective:
A delay in the reserved visit will be considered a cancellation if the visitor/group is more than 30 minutes late and the delay is not reported through the accepted communication channels (email or telephone). The visit will then be subject to the availability of the Wine Science Museum staff, and in such a case, the visit will not take place.
From the Wine Science Museum's perspective:
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the museum staff is delayed in conducting the visit, the following compensation will be offered: an extension of the visit or the possibility of rescheduling.
PARKING:
The Museum has public parking nearby.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The facilities of the Wine Science Museum are independently accessible to everyone, as is the walled enclosure of Salvaterra, except for the terrace and the upper part of the wall, which can only be accessed by stairs.
